Daniel Delati is a socio economic change management specialist with 20 years of experience in strategic leadership, organizational development, and social impact analysis across private, non profit, and government sectors. He began his career in retail management—consistently surpassing sales targets—and went on to guide hundreds of startups and small businesses through growth challenges. Leveraging that expertise, he has designed and led multi million dollar humanitarian and development programs for international NGOs and local governments. Co founder of 360 Consulting and the Lebanese Evaluation Society, Daniel holds an MBA in Strategic Planning from the University of Iowa.
